What your grade shows
One grade. Four places buyers decide. Your closest rivals beside you.
Every grade is observed from the outside, the way a buyer sees you. No two come back the same. Here is what each part measures, the range you could land in, and what it means for you.
Your overall grade

01 · AI answers
Buyers ask AI who to call.
We ask it for them.
We put five real buyer questions for your industry and town to Google's AI, and record who it names. You see each question, who got named, and what the AI actually said.
Named, out of 5 answers
- The questionsBest in town, who to call, best reviews, help fast, most trusted
- Side by sideYou and your two closest rivals
- The answerThe AI's words for the toughest question
Why it matters to you
- AI answers name two or three businesses, not ten. If you are not on that short list, the buyer never sees you.
- You see which questions you win and which go to a rival, so you know where to aim.
- You get the AI's own words, so you know why it picked someone else.
02 · Maps
"Near me" buyers pick
from the map.
We search from your town and record who shows in the map's top three, then put your Google listing next to theirs: rating, review count, and whether your site matches it.
In the map's top three, out of 3 searches
- Rating and reviewsYours against each rival
- PositionYour spot in the top three for each search
- MatchName, address and phone on your site and listing
Why it matters to you
- The map is where ready-to-call buyers look first, and it only shows three businesses.
- Reviews drive most of it. The grade shows the review gap between you and the leader.
- A listing that does not match your site gets trusted less by Google and AI.
03 · Search
Below the map,
who gets the click.
We check page-one position for the same searches, then the footprint behind it: how many searches you show up for, how many land on page one, and how strong your site is next to rivals.
On page one, out of 3 searches
- Searches you show up forYour count against each rival
- Page-one searchesHow many land where buyers click
- Site strengthA 0 to 1000 rank next to rivals
Why it matters to you
- Search is often where a business is strongest or weakest. Knowing which tells you what to protect.
- You may hold a search your rivals do not. The grade points it out.
- The footprint shows whether a rival is out-publishing you, and by how much.
04 · Your site
What happens
when they land.
We test your site the way a buyer on a phone meets it: speed, whether your name, address and phone line up, the markup Google and AI read, your form, and whether they can book or text.
Main content showing on a phone
- Speed and accessibilityScored out of 100
- Name, address, phoneShown on the site, and matching
- Markup, titles, linksWhat Google and AI read
- Form, booking, text, chatHow easy it is to reach you
Why it matters to you
- A slow page loses the buyer who is ready now. Google wants the main content showing in under 2.5 seconds.
- A long form asks a lot before a hello. Fewer fields usually means more leads.
- A buyer at 9 PM wants to book or text. If the only option is a call, many leave.
05 · Your fix list
Every section ends with
one thing to do this week.
Not a 40-page PDF. Each section closes with one plain step written for your business, so you know what to do first.
- 1
This week · AI
A step to get named in the answers you are missing.
- 2
This week · Maps
A step to close your review or listing gap.
- 3
This week · Search
A page to write for the search you should own.
- 4
This week · Your site
A change that makes it faster or easier to reach you.
Why it matters to you
- You can act on it without hiring anyone.
- Each fix is tied to a number, so you can grade again in 30 days and see it move.
- If you want help, the call walks through all four with you. Thirty minutes, nothing to buy.
What arrives, and what doesn't.
What you get
- A grade out of 100 across AI, Maps, search and your site.
- Your closest rivals, side by side with you.
- What Google's AI actually said when a buyer asked.
- One thing to fix this week in every section.
What you don't
- A sales call you have to sit through to see your own number.
- A PDF that is really a brochure.
- A follow-up sequence you did not ask for.
- A pitch. If it comes back clean I will tell you that.
