Who we are

This website, McKinzie.ai, is operated by McKinzie Solutions LLC, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a Brand Grade, send a message or book a call, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, website, industry, location, business email, mobile number, and your answers to the short questions about your business.

Information about your business website. To build your grade, we read the public pages of the website you enter and public listings about that business, such as maps, reviews and search results.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record basic technical details such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

To create and deliver your Brand Grade and send you the link to it.

To reply to your messages and schedule calls you ask for.

To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and limit repeated requests.

To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we will send your verification code and the link to your grade to the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Email

We use your email to deliver what you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission, and every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, database, scanning, text message and email providers, and only so they can perform those services for us.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored messages and requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to texts or emails at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
